Shipping

Tracked postage within Australia is A$5.99 per order. You can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. Production lead times and estimated transit times are not guaranteed.

Personalised orders and change of mind

The proposed policy is to decline change-of-mind returns once a correctly personalised product has entered production. Customers would be asked to check their spelling and number before ordering. The cancellation cut-off and process still need to be finalised.

Faulty, incorrect or damaged products

Personalised products remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. A change-of-mind restriction does not remove rights where a product is faulty, does not match its description or is supplied with a personalisation error made by the seller.

The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and seriousness of the problem. A major failure may entitle the customer to choose a refund or replacement; a minor failure can generally be remedied within a reasonable time. Any applicable rights to compensation and reasonable return costs are preserved.
